My company won't pay for coaching.
Most of our clients pay out of pocket. At $4,800, it's cheaper than one month of burned-out output or the cost of switching jobs. We offer a 3-month payment plan.
How is this different from BetterUp?
BetterUp is an enterprise subscription that assigns you whoever's available. Reforge is a single program run by coaches who have actually managed engineering teams. The credibility is different.

Sessions are biweekly, not weekly. The async Slack layer fills in between sessions. The program is designed around an EM's actual schedule.

We start every engagement with the burnout diagnostic. If the assessment shows we're not the right fit, we say so before you commit to the full program.
