Coaching programs
Four ways to work together.
Start with the assessment if you want a diagnosis before committing. Jump straight into the 90-day program if you already know what's wrong.
Assessment
Burnout Diagnostic Assessment
$297
A structured self-assessment scored by a former engineering VP. You get a written debrief and 60 minutes on the findings. It names what's wrong before you spend $4,800 finding out.
Individual program
90-Day Individual Program
$4,800
Six biweekly 1:1 sessions, async Slack accountability, a peer cohort of 8 managers, and the burnout diagnostic at the start. Built for the first-time manager who took the promotion and is now underwater.
Single session
Single Session Coaching
$450
One focused 60-minute 1:1 on a specific problem: a difficult performance conversation, a team restructure, a promotion you're not sure you deserve. Good if you need a clear answer, not a long program.
Corporate
Corporate Team Retainer
$18,000/quarter
A full 90-day program for up to 6 managers, delivered as a company cohort. Includes a quarterly report to your People team on cohort themes. At $3,000 per manager per quarter, it costs less than one attrition event.
What managers say
Marcus T.
"I was 14 months in as an EM and seriously considering going back to IC. The diagnostic nailed exactly where I was stuck. Three months later my team's retention is up and I stopped dreading Mondays."
Priya M.
"The peer cohort is underrated. Hearing that 7 other engineering managers are dealing with the exact same imposter syndrome made the whole program worth it before we even started the curriculum."
Jordan K.
"I expected a generic personality test. Instead I got a 40-page written debrief and a coach who had run engineering teams through two Series B crunches. The assessment alone reframed how I thought about my role."
Sam L.
"I had a senior IC going sideways and needed to have a hard conversation I'd been avoiding for two months. One session, clear framework, I ran the conversation the next day. That's the ROI."
Anita R., VP Engineering
"We put six first-time managers through the cohort after two back-to-back resignations from the EM layer. Twelve weeks later, engagement scores in those teams went up 18 points. The quarterly report for our People team made the ROI obvious."
